MARIMBA BAND
Guthrie Street Primary School has a Marimba band for children in grades 3-6
This is a curriculum enhancement opportunity for children with special musical intelligence

Marimbas originated in South Africa and are 'user friendly" xylophone type
instruments made of wood.
We have special bass marimbas to provide good backing for the music that
is played by the children.
